HOW WE MAKE THEM
Materials & Manufacturing
A rigorous, owner-supervised process — because every stage matters.
What Goes In
Raw Materials & Composition
All materials are carefully balanced to achieve strong, durable, and well-finished bricks.
Fly Ash
40%
Reduces weight, utilizes industrial waste — eco-friendly
Black Clay
20%
Binding strength, improves plasticity
Granite Powder
20%
Increases strength, gives better finish
Coal Powder
10%
Acts as internal fuel for proper burning
Rice Husk
10%
Ensures uniform firing, improves efficiency
Standard Size
9 × 4 × 3 inches
Machine-mixed for uniform composition. Moulded using box moulds for consistent shape. Proper compaction ensures strength and durability.
Why This Mix?
Our mixing ratio is the result of years of refinement. Each material plays a specific role — fly ash reduces weight while coal powder provides internal fuel for even burning. The result is a lighter, stronger brick with less breakage and better finish.

Our Approach
Advanced Material Selection
We use carefully selected raw materials sourced from multiple factories to ensure superior quality. Unlike traditional methods, we focus on material consistency, proper mixing, and controlled kiln burning. Our manufacturing process eliminates variability at every stage — from the clay pit to the construction site.
"Every brick is personally monitored and checked under the supervision of the owner to ensure top quality."
Step by Step
The 6-Stage Process
01
Raw Material Sourcing
We procure high-quality clay and additives from multiple trusted factories across the region. Our multi-source approach ensures consistency regardless of seasonal variations.
02
Controlled Mixing Process
Materials are combined in controlled ratios to achieve the precise blend needed for superior strength and finish. Consistency here determines final quality.
03
Precision Moulding
Clay is shaped using precision moulds ensuring every brick meets the standard 9×4×3 inch dimension. Uniform shape is critical for structural integrity.
04
Proper Drying
Green bricks are dried under controlled conditions before kiln firing. Proper drying eliminates internal moisture that could cause cracks during burning.
05
High-Temperature Kiln Burning
Bricks are fired at 800–1,000°C in controlled kilns, achieving maximum compressive strength, low water absorption (< 15% after curing), and premium finish.
06
Manual Quality Inspection
Every single brick is manually checked under direct supervision of the owner before being approved for dispatch. Substandard bricks are rejected
